Institutional Editing is our service for research institutes. We take on an institute’s editorial work as a whole and manage each publication from the submitted draft to the finished report, so that the institute’s researchers deal with one editorial team throughout.

What the Service Covers

• Proofreading and copy-editing of research reports, briefs, and papers to the institute’s house style.
• Peer review of manuscripts, and management of the review process on the institute’s behalf.
• Typesetting and layout to the institute’s design, with figures, tables, and references set to its specifications.
• Production of finished reports, ready for publication.
• Scheduling of each publication with authors, reviewers, and institute staff.

For nearly ten years we have managed every publication of a university research institute, from proofreading and peer review to typesetting and production. Our agreements with institutional clients are confidential, and we do not name them on this site.

All of this work is done by our editors. We do not use generative AI to edit, review, or summarise an institute’s research, and unpublished material is never uploaded to AI services.

Institutional work is quoted for each client according to the number and type of publications.
